2. Products & Handmade Nature
All Auralis London necklaces and bracelets — including those that belong to specific sets — are handmade and designed by the Auralis London team.
Each piece is created with care and individuality, which means slight variations in colour or form may occur. These are part of the handmade character and are not considered defects.

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide, including across the UK, Europe, and internationally.
UK:

Standard delivery: 1–2 business days for orders placed before 18:00 (6 PM).

Next Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 12:00 (12 PM); these will arrive on the next business day.
Europe: 3–5 business days
International: 6–7 business days
Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing. All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by Auralis London Ltd.

5. Returns & Refunds
5.1 Earrings
For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable.
5.2 Other Jewellery Items
You may return unworn items (necklaces, bracelets, rings, anklets) within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, contact info@auralislondon.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been inspected.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or missing.
5.3 Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with clear photographs of the issue. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund.

6. Custom Orders
We welcome requests for custom designs.
To inquire, email info@auralislondon.com with details of your desired piece for a quote and estimated timeline.
Please note:

Custom pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Lead times may vary depending on materials and design complexity.
7. Warranty
Auralis London pieces are crafted with high-quality materials but do not carry a formal warranty. We do not offer repairs or replacements for general wear and tear, tarnishing, or accidental damage.
8. Intellectual Property
All jewellery designs, product descriptions, photography, branding, and website content are the intellectual property of Auralis London Ltd.
They may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of our content will be subject to legal action.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
10. Liability
Auralis London Ltd shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential losses related to product use, including allergic reactions or improper handling.
We ensure that all materials are clearly listed in product descriptions so customers can make informed choices.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
